Firstly, Id like to reassure you that Jones Holidays will be back taking you all on holiday as soon as is possible. And we very much look forward to getting back to normal as soon as possible.
Having said that we continue with the challenging situation that we find our current summer programme in, with many attractions remaining closed. We have therefore had to make the difficult decision to now cancel our holidays departing up until the end of July.
Our travel shop in Flint remains closed, and where possible our staff are working from home. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us on our usual number 01352 733292.
To reassure you any monies that have been paid to Jones Holidays by way of deposit or full balances are held safely on clients accounts in the form of a credit. Please rest assured that your money is safe and is financially covered by our BCH Bond in the same way that your money would have been covered if it was allocated against the holiday. We are working very hard behind the scenes to create new tours for later in the year and for 2021 and wed like to take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding. As soon as the Prime Minister gives the green light, well be operational again with new departures.

Are you, or do you know someone, who is self-isolating or vulnerable within the local area and is unable to get out to the local shops for essentials?
Our drivers and vehicles are available FREE OF CHARGE, Monday to Friday to help with, collecting click and collect shopping, picking up prescriptions or errand running.
All our drivers will be in the Jones uniform and in branded Jones Holidays vehicles and are all DBS cleared.
We have strict employee hygiene regimes in place as well as full daily sanitation of all our vehicles.

Retailers across the UK continue to trim store hours some because of staffing issues, and others for deep cleaning and restocking.
We have today, 23 March 2020, been reviewing our social-distancing policies in relation to the recent announcement from the UK Government and have taken the decision to close our Flint Travel Shop to all walk in customers from today. We are of course still open for telephone bookings and enquiries, you can still call us on 01352 733292.
While the Travel Shop is closed we can still take bookings over the telephone or on the website.

Book your holiday with confidence with Jones Holdiays
You can change your holiday to a later departure or a different tour, free of charge. If you change to a tour that costs more than the tour you are currently booked on you will have to pay the additional amount.
Book your holiday with a low deposit, and if you chose to move your holiday to a different departure date, or a different tour we can move your deposit money over free of charge. Alternatively we can hold your deposit money on your account, and when you have chosen an alternative holiday we can then apply the monies to that holiday.
If we cancel your holiday you will receive a full refund.

Will my future holiday be affected by the coronavirus?
We continuously monitor Government advice regarding travel. Should any of the information change from official sources, we will contact all customers, with a view to making alternative arrangements.
What about travel in the next 3 months?
We are taking bookings for holidays, however if the situation changes and your holiday is cancelled, you can move your money onto a holiday later in the year, or we are able to keep your money on your account and when you have decided on a future holiday we will then apply the monies to that holiday when you book.
Can I cancel my holiday?
You may cancel your holiday at any time before departure or you can transfer your holiday to a future booking. If you cancel your holiday charges may apply depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation / changes. Please see our booking terms and conditions.
What if Jones cancel the tour?
If we must cancel a holiday, we will hold your monies in your client account. We will do our best to offer you a comparable alternative where possible, which you may choose to book in place of the cancelled holiday. If however you would like a refund please contact us on 01352 733292.
Is my money safe?
Yes, the combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Therefore, you will benefit from all rights applying to packages; Jones Holidays will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.
Additionally, as required by law, Jones Holidays have protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that they become insolvent. Jones Holidays are members of the Bonded Coach Holiday Group of the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK Ltd.
This is a government approved consumer protection scheme. This ensures that in relation to the coach package holidays described in this brochure (or website) that the clients monies are protected by a Bond which may be called upon in the unlikely event of the members Insolvency.
Clients are recommended to inspect the current membership certificate at our registered office or alternatively go to www.bch-uk.org or telephone 0207 240 3131 to confirm current membership.

Is the Travel Shop in Flint open?

What happens to my Jones Holidays Gift Voucher?
If you have a Jones Holidays gift voucher we will be happy to extend the voucher 12 months past its expiry date if you are unable to use the voucher due to the current coronavirus circumstances.
Wash your hands with soap and water often do this for at least 20 seconds
Always wash your hands when you get home or into work
Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
Put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards
Avoid close contact with people who have symptoms of coronavirus
Only travel on public transport if you need to
Work from home, if you can
Avoid social activities, such as going to pubs, restaurants, theatres and cinemas
Avoid events with large groups of people
Use phone, online services, or apps to contact your GP surgery or other NHS services
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
Do not have visitors to your home, including friends and family.
