DAY ONE - Arrival
We depart from your home and travel to Norfolk arriving late afternoon you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.
DAY TWO – Cromer Pier Winter Show
Enjoy a relaxing morning at the hotel today after your journey. Perhaps make use of the hotel facilities.
At lunch we board the coach to Cromer Pier, where we visit the fabulous Cromer Pier Christmas Show. Expect powerhouse vocals, thrilling speciality acts, spellbinding choreography and laughs by the bucket load. A visually stunning show with bespoke costumes, spectacular lighting effects and breathtaking sound design.
DAY THREE – Norwich
This morning we journey to Norwich city centre where the day is free at leisure to explore. Key points of interest is the Norwich Market that is the largest outdoor market in the UK with over 190 traders offering their goods. The cathedral in Norwich is well worth a visit, as is the cobbled Elm Hill district.
DAY FOUR - Holkham Hall by Candlelight
After a leisurely breakfast we make the journey to Holkham Hall. On arrival be greeted and treated to Prosecco or asoft drink and mince pie. The hall is in 18th-century Palladian style house, based on designs by William Kent and built by Thomas Coke, 1st Earl of Leicester. The house has been festively decorated with opulent Christmas decorations and beautiful flickering candlelight. Explore the magnificent stately rooms, discovering the intriguing stories of Holkham’s history and of its residents past and present.
DAY FIVE – Departure
After breakfast this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
