We depart from your home with our exclusive door to door pick-up service and drive north with refreshment stops enroute. Arrive at your hotel in Drymen late afternoon, time to relax before dinner.
Our excursion today gives us the chance to cruise on the Maid of Forth passing under the spectacular Forth Rail Bridge where you can get close up views of this magnificent Victorian engineering to Inchcolm Island. You will have approx. 1½ hours to explore the tiny but beautiful island, the Iona of the East with its historic 12th century Abbey and an abundance of wildlife.
A full day to the wonderful Isle of Arran, cruise across the Firth of Clyde from Ardrossan to Brodick, the islands capital, often described as Scotland in Miniature. Arran has a blend of Highland and Island scenery with peaks and deep glens, contrasting with its heather clad moorlands. We will also have time in Brodick with an included visit to the gardens at Brodick Castle.
Today we head to Balloch for a two-hour cruise discovering the legends and secrets of the islands of Loch Lomond. The cruise takes us past Cameron House Hotel and the world-renowned Loch Lomond Golf course, continuing onwards through the Narrows with views of magnificent Ben Lomond and onto the historic conservation village of Luss before returning to Balloch.
After our final breakfast, we must bid farewell to Bonny Scotland and begin our journey home with refreshment stops enroute.
