Day One

Depart from your home, board your coach and travel to Tenby arriving late afternoon, time to relax before dinner.

 

Day Two

This morning we travel the short distance to the popular small seaside resort of Saundersfoot, where we stay awhile with time to explore the little harbour, before leaving for the short ride back to Tenby.  With the old town walls, little side streets and alleyways to explore, Tenby is South West Wales main holiday resort and is always a pleasant and friendly place to visit.

 

Day Three

Today’s excursion takes us to the stunningly beautiful Gower Peninsula, we take a break at the Gower Heritage Centre where you can take the opportunity to learn some of the history of the area, designated as an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’.  This afternoon we also visit the picture postcard resort of Mumbles, delightfully located on Swansea Bay.

 

Day Four

Our excursion today takes us to St Bride’s Bay and Newgale Sands to the magical place of St David’s, birthplace of the patron saint of Wales.  St David’s has a beautiful cathedral, the smallest in Great Britain but well worth a visit, from here we head around the Preseli Mountains before making our way back to our hotel.

 

Day Five

After breakfast we begin our homeward journey with refreshment stops enroute.

PARK HOTEL, Tenby

A traditional yet elegant family run hotel perched on a cliff top with superb views overlooking Tenby, hotel facilities include landscaped lawns, cliff top terraces and a garden bar. Bedrooms have TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, lift.

 

Please note:  Lift serves all floor but there will still be stairs to negotiate

 

DAY ONE

Park Hotel

 

You’ll be based at the Park Hotel, a traditional yet elegant family run hotel perched on a cliff top with superb views overlooking Tenby.

Hotel facilities include a lift to all floors, landscaped lawns, cliff top terraces and a garden bar. All bedrooms are en-suite and have television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

 

The Gower Heritage Centre

 

Set in the heart of the Gower Peninsula just west of Swansea, South Wales, the Gower Heritage Centre was established in 1990 as a countryside crafts centre situated in historical and beautiful surroundings. The 12th century water powered corn and saw mill was renovated, and experienced crafts people took up residence on site. Today the centre is recognised as a vibrant crafts and rural life museum that welcomes visitors from all around the world.
