Settle in for a real Christmas market experience. Walk endlessly in unique and beautiful winter landscapes, where Christmas stimulates all your senses, and the lights will enchant you. In Valkenburg, the Christmas experience is a magical one, both above ground and underground! You’ll also visit the idyllic little town of Monschau, the perfect setting for Germany’s best voted Christmas Market and Vrijthof Square in Maastricht, the largest market in the Netherlands.

DAY ONE – Arrival
We depart from your home early and travel south to Dover for your crossing to Dunkirk (approximately 2-hour crossing). On arrival we continue our journey to our hotel in Nieuweweg in the Netherlands. A set three course dinner menu will be served this evening.
DAY TWO – Maastricht
After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to Maastricht. Here we will have free time to explore this vibrant cultural city with medieval architecture and its cobbled old town along with its own Christmas Market in Vrijthof Square one of the largest in the Netherlands. After our free time exploring the delights of this magical city, we return to our hotel in time for our evening meal.
DAY THREE – Valkenburg Christmas Markets
Today we enjoy the Valkenburg Christmas Markets. Experience the unique underground enchantment in the caves with the coziest stalls and charming lights. The whole town is decked out in Christmas Spheres, a truly magical town. After our free time exploring all that Valkenburg has to offer we can make our way back to our hotel in time for our evening meal this evening.
DAY FOUR– Departure
Enjoy breakfast before we make our way back to Dunkirk for our ferry crossing and our journey home.
