Warwick Castle   |   Cotswolds Tour   |   Stratford-upon-Avon

DAY ONE - Arrival

We depart from your home with our exclusive door-to-door pick-up service and travel to our hotel in Wellesbourne. Time to relax before dinner this evening.

DAY TWO – Warwick Castle

Today we spend time at leisure at the magnificent Warwick Castle.  With more than 1,000 years of jaw-dropping history the castle’s attractions include a maze, a Time Tower and the Mighty Trebuchet – the largest working siege machine in the world – this colossal catapult is an authentic recreation of one of the biggest and most deadly military machines of all time.  Behind the castle’s mighty walls, the real heart of the castle can be found in its beautiful grand interiors.

Please note a visit to the castle involves a fair amount of walking and steps.

DAY THREE – Stratford-upon-Avon

Our excursion today takes us to Stratford-upon-Avon, a market town with more than 800 years of history, containing many buildings that survive today and would have been familiar to Shakespeare. There are many fantastic areas of Stratford-upon-Avon to explore, which is why visitors flock back year after year to discover more. From quaint side streets with unique and individual shops to open parklands along the river, there is something for everyone.

DAY FOUR – Cotswolds Tour

Today we enjoy a scenic tour of the Cotswolds visiting Chipping Campden, Dover’s Hill, and Broadway Tower, en route to Stow-on-the-Wold.

Explore the area and perhaps enjoy some lunch in the delightful town before we head to Bibury, once dubbed England’s ‘most beautiful village’ by poet William Morris.  See Bibury’s Arlington Row, arguably Cotswold’s prettiest row of cottages, and then we’ll trace country lanes to Bourton-on-the-Water.  The exquisite riverside village is famous for its low bridges, enjoy some time here before we head back to our hotel.
